● Design Management
Assist client to provide the needed information and external conditions to design company.
Monitor the execution of the design contract and manage the design company.
To issue the documents to government for approval as the representative of the client.
Assist client to apply for the license approval of the administrative.
Determination of the construction company and apply for the construction permit.
Assist client to sign the contract, civil construction agreements, security agreements with the parties.
● Purcurement Management
Skywell procurement team provide customers with procurement, inspection, expediting, logistics, contract management, customs clearance and other services.
● Implementation phase
Coordinating with the departments for quality, safety and others as the representative of the client.
Perform oversight supervision contracts.
Undertake special work of the project such as cost consulting, audit work.
● Document Management
Be responsible for the collection and preservation of documents, issue the document, technical information and construction drawings to client when the project is finished.
● Assessment phase
Submit the follows to client, the decision of the project, comprehensive evaluation report including the management, material procurement, survey, design, construction, production and operation of the project, economics and others.
